Chaordic system and general system theory have individual approach of comprehending and managing operations of an organization and both has its potential in doing so. In case of chaordic system the activities, products and services are aligned in such a manner that the employees that they pursue organization’s purpose and value. In this system, the organizational statement is clearly defined that binds the workforce together. Therefore, the employees known the management’s expectation of them thus they behave accordingly. The effectual initiations are taken by the employees.
